Surabhi Kaul, PT, Clinic Owner

Surabhi Kaul has been a registered physiotherapist since 2013. Since then, she has taken a number of courses and is qualified to perform acupuncture and dry needling. She is trained to treat vertigo and concussions and is authorized to perform pelvic floor examinations and treatment. She believes in incorporating a combination of education, active exercises, passive manual techniques and other modalities to enable patients to reach their goals. She believes that the treatment process is a partnership between the patient and the therapist and enjoys working with each patient to reach their goals. Outside of work, Surabhi enjoys reading, going on nature walks and travelling the world.


Denisha Thompson, PT, Registered Physiotherapist

Denisha Thompson, PT, Registered Physiotherapist

Denisha obtained her Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation degree in 2007 from the University of Manitoba. Her first position was assisting in a return-to-work rehabilitation program in a private clinic. Following this, she had the privilege of working at Health Science Centre in the out-patient orthopedics department, emergency unit and Churchill, MB.

Always seeking new challenges and experiences, Denisha decided to embark on a new adventure by moving to Ontario in 2010. In Ontario, she completed her certificate in medical acupuncture, and a variety of post-graduate orthopedic courses for assessment and treatment of spinal, shoulder, and muscular imbalance conditions. Denisha has competed level 1 and 2 orthopedic levels. As she is passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, Denisha obtained her personal training certificate and completed hours in restorative yoga training/myofascial release. She has completed level one, two and three in pelvic health certifications and a variety of additional pelvic health courses for both male and female conditions.

Denisha continues to enjoy treating both orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, and is a firm believer in providing patients with education, manual therapy techniques and effective exercises to achieve long-term, durable outcomes


Dr. Dalbir Bal, D.C, Registered Chiropractor

Dr. Dalbir Bal is an alumni of New York Chiropractic College where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Prior to this, Dr. Bal attended the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Her dedication to her patients and commitment to their health and well-being is evident in every patient encounter.

Dr. Bal is highly knowledgeable on a vast variety of neuromuscular conditions and formulates evidence-based treatment plans for relief of back pain, headaches, ankle sprains, sports injuries, cervical and lumbar disc herniations, and hip pain among many others. She is trained and highly skilled at the following techniques: manual manipulation (Diversified), electrical stimulation including IFC, Biphasic and Russian stimulation and ultrasound, Connect X and pin and stretch muscle release. Furthermore, she is certified in Nimmo soft tissue technique, CPR and Sports Science and Human Performance.

As part of every patient's treatment, Dr. Bal educates her patients on their condition and how they can take the steps necessary to help accelerate their healing and better their prognosis. She places special emphasis on rehabilitation exercises in addition to treatment rendered in the office.


Haemi Yun, R.AC, Registered Acupuncturist

Haemi Yun, R.AC, Registered Acupuncturist

Haemi is a registered acupuncturist (R.Ac). She graduated with honours from Acupuncture program at Georgian College. Her special interests include mental health/stress as well as musculoskeletal pain issues.

She has treated emotional conditions like anxiety, depression, headaches, insomnia and stress as well as autoimmune conditions like chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia along with various neuromuscular and musculoskeletal pain conditions.

She takes a variety of TCM approaches, including Acupuncture, Tuina massage (an ancient form of Chinese massage), Acupressure, Cupping, and Gua Sha to provide the best treatment and tailors each treatment plan according to the patient's condition. Her biggest objective is understand the patient's symptoms, the cause of the and then treat them both mentally and physically in order for them to continue to live their lives in a healthy and happy manner.

When she is not working Haemi enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also likes to go on nature walks and do outdoor activities.


Sasko Armenski, RMT

Sasko Armenski, RMT, Manual Osteopathic Practitioner

Sasko is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He gained his education from completing diplomas from the National Academy of Osteopathy, and the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Sasko combines what he has learned to provide the most effective treatments and home exercises for his clients. He is a strong advocate for ensuring people have the right support systems to help in the recovery process. His passion towards promoting health and wellness is what motivates him to aid his clients in achieving optimal health. Outside of this passion, Sasko also enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends.


Menash Rakhamimov, BSc (kin), Manual Osteopath

Menash Rakhamimov, BSc (kin), Manual Osteopath

Menashe is a passionate and gentle Manual Osteopath, Stretching Therapist and Personal Trainer. His interest in the manual therapeutic field started after he completed his BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. He immediately proceeded into Osteopathy and received his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (D.O.M.P). Menashe is also enrolled in an advanced standing RMT program (2021) to further excel his soft tissue skills. He has worked extensively with many different types of musculoskeletal conditions and helped people to get back to their healthier self through osteopathy, fitness and stretching therapy. Menashe specializes in addressing joint pain, muscle stiffness and flexibility in his osteopathic treatments with a direct and structural approach. He believes that the first step to optimal health is moving comfortably and freeing up any restrictions in the joints and tissues. Menashe was also a competitive swimmer for 8 years and competed across Ontario. Swimming has greatly influenced his interest in the importance of physical activity to this day. Menashe's hobbies include various sports, running, biking, music and travelling.

Robin Nairn is a practicing RMT with a graduate degree from Humber College, as well as being a member of the CMTO and RMTAO. Since graduating and starting her practice, Robin has been authorized and able to perform a variety of different treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and sports massage among others. Robin has an extensive fitness background and uses her passion for health to also provide her clients with home care and rehabilitative exercises that will further benefit their health. Robin is a physical and mental health advocate and believes the education of her patients is important in treatment. Along with a passion to help a wide variety of patients obtain optimum health, Robin enjoys traveling, camping, reading, music, and spending time with family and friends.


Jenet Kwan, RMT

Jenet Kwan, RMT

Jenet graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2016 and received special recognition certificates for completing extra outreach hours at sporting events, as well as completing placement hours within a hospital setting at Mount Sinai and Toronto Rehab in the Musculoskeletal Rehab Program. Since graduating, Jenet continues her education by taking courses at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and also becoming a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. Jenet is a long time advocate of living a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle while helping others to do the same.

Justin Cabral RMT is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and also completed a major in Criminology from the University of Toronto in 2014. His treatment approach is one geared towards the needs of his patients. Whether it be for a reduction in anxiety and stress or improved physical functioning his treatment plans are entirely focused on the patients goals and long term wellness. When not treating patients, Justin also enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
